All commanders engaging in monetary transactions within this domain are bound by the following clauses. 1. Irrevocability of Digital Goods All digital goods, including unit unlocks, resource packs, battle passes, premium currencies, and visual enhancements, are considered final and non-refundable once delivered. Upon purchase confirmation, digital items are deployed to the user account and activated. This constitutes full delivery of value and nullifies the right to withdrawal. 2. Valid Grounds for Refund Consideration Refunds will only be considered under the following specific conditions: a. Duplicate purchases caused by system or connection errors. b. Non-delivery of purchased content despite successful payment. c. Unauthorized transactions made without user consent (proof required). d. Purchase of incompatible platform versions that cannot be installed or accessed. e. Severe technical malfunction that prevents access to purchased content, confirmed through internal logs. Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction date. 3. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Granted The following do not qualify for a refund: a. Change of mind after purchase. b. Dissatisfaction with game balance, progression, or content. c. RNG-related disappointment with unit stats, rarity, or drop outcomes. d. Incorrect pack or offer purchased through user error. e. Suspensions or bans due to violations of game terms. Once digital assets have been delivered, they cannot be revoked. 4. Purchases Through External Platforms If a transaction was processed through third-party platforms such as the App Store, Google Play, Steam, or other digital marketplaces, refund requests must be submitted directly to those services. This policy does not override the refund rules of third-party vendors. 5. Subscription and Recurring Billing Policy Subscriptions such as premium plans or monthly boosts are billed in advance. a. You may cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle. b. Active benefits remain in place until the end of the current period. c. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within an active cycle. 6. Chargeback and Payment Disputes Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in the following: a. Account restrictions or permanent bans. b. Revocation of previously delivered content. c. Denial of access to future content or purchases. d. Legal measures in cases involving verified fraud. Users are advised to seek assistance through official support channels before disputing charges externally. 7. Refund Request Procedure To initiate a refund request, users must contact our support department and provide: a. Full name and account ID. b. Order number and date of purchase. c. Description of the issue. d. Proof of payment (e.g., receipt or transaction confirmation). e. Screenshots or logs as evidence of technical failure. All requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Additional time may be required for complex investigations. 8. Compliance with Regional Law This refund policy complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including digital content legislation within the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. Where local consumer protection laws mandate additional refund rights, those rights will be respected. 9. Final Clause All purchases made within Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus™ represent tactical decisions with permanent consequences. Commanders are urged to review content, pricing, and compatibility carefully prior to engaging in financial transactions. Digital assets are tied to your progress and strategy—choose wisely.
